Data location

EU: The hosting sub-processor table lists Ireland (EU) as the data center location for most JetBrains-hosted services, including Space, TeamCity Cloud, Qodana and IDE Services Cloud, and the customer does not choose it. YouTrack Cloud is different: the customer picks a location such as EU (Ireland or Frankfurt). No plan or cost is named for EU storage.
